Delivery time
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the working day following receipt of payment in our bank account; in the case of instant payment methods such as PayPal, it begins on the working day following the conclusion of the contract and ends at the close of the final day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, that day shall be replaced by the next working day.
In the event of force majeure (e.g. acts of war, earthquakes, pandemics, chaos at the carrier’s dispatch centre, etc.), specified delivery times may be exceeded in individual cases if these events occur at the point of dispatch, at the supplier’s or manufacturer’s premises, along the delivery route or at the customer’s premises.
Delivery times to countries outside Germany may be longer than those stated.

Packaging
We often reuse packaging received from suppliers and customers for dispatch to our own customers, provided it is in good condition. We believe this is good for the environment and saves resources. Naturally, all the packaging we use meets the requirements of the relevant delivery service provider and ensures that our products arrive safely and undamaged.
