Deflection units jumbo - narrow deflection without friction losses
The encapsulated deflection roller is mounted on ball bearings with virtually no friction. The deflection unit is already fitted with a Bowden cable on one side and another Bowden cable is fitted on the other side (by the customer).
This allows the cable guide in the Bowden cable to be deflected freely at almost any point. Installation is even more space-saving.
The deflection has an angle of approx. 90°
Technical data:
- Housing diameter approx. 20mm
- Metal deflection pulley with ball bearings, practically friction-free
- Length of the attached Bowden cable approx. 20cm (can be shortened)
- Bowden cable connection for original jumbo Bowden cable housing
Scope of delivery:
- 2 jumbo deflection pulleys with attached Bowden cable
- 4 pcs. shrink hose, self-adhesive on the inside for fixing the Bowden cable to the deflection unit
Note:
We recommend regularly checking the cables for chafing and replacing them every 2 years as a preventative measure.
